Kevin O’Hare has over 30 years of diversified business, financial and operational experience in his roles as CFO, Vice President of Finance, and Controller. He has served as a trusted adviser and sounding board to CEO’s, management teams, boards, banks and investors for public and privately held companies, from start-up to middle market, private equity/VC-backed organizations.
Kevin’s knowledge as a CFO extends to most every aspect of a business’ financial and operational functions. Along with building and managing financial teams of various sizes, he has also maintained management responsibility for HR, IT, Legal, Sales Operations, Quality Assurance and Real Estate.
His industry experience includes technology, business services, healthcare marketing, and media. Most recently, Mr. O’Hare was the CFO at AIS Data Centers, an enterprise-class and multi-tenant data center, cloud and managed services provider in the southwest U.S. While at AIS, Kevin built operating plans, re-structured facility leases, and secured senior debt financing in excess of $90M while tightly managing cash flow and capital investment to ensure compliance with debt covenants.
He has specialized at businesses that have undergone change in capital structure, strategy, operations and/or growth and have benefited from his collaborative, pragmatic and strategic approach. He has proved his mettle by helping businesses transform, create measurable value, and drive capital efficiency.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Villanova University.
